Seminars are being organized on a regular basis with team members of Devinc on issues related to the research project. Speakers are team members as well as associated researchers from partner as well as alien laboratories. Presentations are followed by a debate amongst participants. Seminars give us the opportunity to strengthen the multidisciplinary approach of Developmental incomes, by understanding better the three component's respective jargons, concepts and methodologies.

 

Commons: A shared Paradigm?

This seminar gathers two speakers. I) Based on his current doctoral research, Camille Meyer (Centre Emile Bernheim, Solvay Brussels School, ULB) provides an overview of the various theoretical frameworks related to the Commons, starting from the approach of Ostrom.

Issues in Households' Budget measurement

The seminar consisted in four communications, followed by a debate with all participants. Dr. Olivier Kahola Tabu, from UNILU (Lubumbashi, DRC) presented results and comments on a research on Households held in the city of Lubumbashi (DRC) which captured budget data.
