Coline Serres is currently undertaking a PhD in Management Science at the Centre for European Research in Microfinance (CERMi) of the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB). She works under the joint supervision of Professor Marek Hudon (ULB) and Professor Tom Dedeurwaerdere (BIOGOV Université Catholique de Louvain).

Her Ph.D. topic is "Social Economy and the Commons" and her research mainly focuses on forestry in Europe.
